Larry has 35 years of experience in the Mortgage Banking and Real Estate investment industry in the tri-state marketplace. He founded Private Capital Lending in 2016 and the company has become one of leading hard money lender’s in the N.Y. metro market. He is proficient in foreclosures and REO acquisitions for rehabilitation and resale and formally held senior positions at major banks and mortgage companies.
Jim has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Pace University. He worked for a fortune 500 company for almost 20 years as an accountant. Later in his tenure for the last 12 years he moved into sales and marketing responsible for the Mid-Atlantic region for a global electronics distributor.

Chris heads up our in-house appraisal department and real estate analysis for company investments. He holds a BA in Economics from Miami University. Chris joined Private Capital Lending in 2017 and has 18 years ‘experience as an appraiser, investor and asset manager.
Our borrowers use our capital to purchase and/or refinance properties that currently have a non-bankable status.
